Primary Care Provider
Logan Andrews, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner. Born and raised in the Tri-County area and a graduate of Chiefland High School, Logan knows how difficult it can be to find access to affordable and reliable primary care services in our rural area. Logan has been in the healthcare industry since 2007 in various roles and positions.
Logan received his Associate in Science in Nursing degree from Florida Gateway College and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Jacksonville University. After working many years in post-acute care in the skilled nursing and long-term care setting, he obtained his Master of Science in Nursing degree from Purdue University Global.
He has worked as a nurse practitioner in multiple area skilled nursing facilities, ALFs, and at both Lake City Medical Center and North Florida Regional Medical Center. He is a proud member of the Obesity Medicine Association.
His main goal as a practitioner is to bring affordable and patient-centered medical care to those who need it most as he takes pride in being well connected to the members of his community. He is bringing primary care services to the comfort of your own home through his house-call program.
